Set during the Salem witch trials of the 1690s, “The Crucible” is a timeless parable of morality, where the accusations of witchcraft by the young girls of Salem spin out of control and quickly become a game of life or death.

“The Crucible is an American classic that is as relevant today as it was when Miller first penned it,” said director Tim Matheny, an Ƶ assistant professor of theatre.

“It is a story that needs to be told, and I am proud to join my fellow colleagues and students in bringing it to the Ƶ stage,” Matheny added.
