STARKVILLE, Miss.—Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ and Oktibbeha County officials cut the ribbon on the Blackjack Road project adjacent to the Starkville campus. Shown, left to right, are Nic Parish of Burns Construction, Oktibbeha County Supervisor Marvell Howard, Northern District Transportation Commissioner John Caldwell, Supervisor Joe Williams, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ President Mark E.
