Mississippi State President Mark E. Keenum presents the National Alumnus of the Year award to Dr. R.L. Qualls of Little Rock, Arkansas, and his wife, Nancy. Qualls, a two-time graduate of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ, was among alumni recognized Friday [Feb. 2] at the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Alumni Association's 2018 awards banquet.
